Cancellation Policy

Noor Gold and Diamonds aims to provide a seamless shopping experience to customers. We understand that under certain circumstances, order cancellation will be the only option left.

The reasons for order cancellations initiated from our end might include, but are not limited to:

• Insufficient inventory of the product
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Unsuccessful customer verification
• Incomplete customer details
• Suspicious aspects
• Natural calamities or other unforeseen situations

For order cancellations initiated by customers, the policy differs concerning the kind of product purchased.

Ready-To-Ship Products

If a cancellation request is received before shipping for ready-to-ship products, a pre-dispatch cancellation fee of 2% will be applied, and 98% of the amount will be refunded to the account from which payment was made initially by the customer.

• Kindly note that orders for gold coins cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

Customised Products

Cancellation is not available for orders of customised products.

Failed Transactions

In case of failed transactions and the amount being debited from the customer’s account, it will be refunded to the customer’s account within 96 hours.
