Customers are required to provide accurate information regarding the consignee/recipient’s name (as stated in their government-issued photo identification) along with complete address, landmark, pin code, and contact number. At the time of delivery, the recipient must provide identity proof (such as a passport, PAN Card, Aadhar card, Voter’s ID, or driving license) to collect the product.
Customers are requested to cooperate during the verification conducted by the delivery agent during product delivery.
Orders can be made only to the customer’s residential or work location. Delivery to public places like malls, beaches, parks, etc., will not be accepted.
