Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
- Damaged products (with proof via unboxing video).
- Wrong products delivered.
- This refund policy applies only to products purchased through the NOOR Gold and Diamonds website (noorgoldanddiamonds.com), app, or authorized online platforms (including WhatsApp and Instagram).

Refunds are not applicable for:
- Customized or altered products.
- Orders without product opening video as proof.
- Products returned without prior communication.
- Customized ornaments, gemstones, gold coins, gold bars, silver coins, silver bars, gift vouchers.
- Silver articles, jewellery, coins, and bars.
- Time Frame for Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
- The refund is subject to quality and weight confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team.
Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or incorrect.
- The customer informs our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with the original unboxing video.
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the products.
- An instruction sheet enclosed with the package provides details for returning the product. Packaged products must be handed over to the personnel of the authorized logistics partner of NOOR Gold and Diamonds only. Logistics partner details will be available on the portal when the return request is initiated.
- Customers must video record the entire process of packaging the return item and handing it over to the courier personnel for future reference in case of disputes. NOOR Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to not accept returns that do not follow these instructions or involve damaged/tampered packages.
- Return courier charges will not be borne by NOOR Gold and Diamonds. The customer must pay the courier cost to return the product unless otherwise agreed upon in special cases.
- If a product is returned due to a manufacturing defect, it will be subject to a quality check. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired at no cost. If not a manufacturing defect, the product will be returned to the buyer with applicable repair costs.
- To raise a request for a return or refund due to a missing item or accessory within the shipment, the customer must provide proof via an unboxing video.
