Replacement and Exchange Policy

Replacements and exchanges are offered under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video as proof.
- This policy applies only to products purchased through the NOOR Gold and Diamonds website (noorgoldanddiamonds.com), app, or authorized online platforms (including WhatsApp and Instagram).
- Exchanges are not applicable for personalized or customized items, including but not limited to customized ornaments, gemstones, gold coins, gold bars, silver coins, silver bars, gift vouchers.
- Replacement or exchange requests must be initiated by contacting our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must provide an unboxing video to validate the claim.
- Customers must video record the entire process of packaging the item for return and handing it over to the authorized logistics partner of NOOR Gold and Diamonds. Details of the logistics partner will be provided on the portal when the replacement or exchange request is initiated. It is advised to collect the consignment airway bill details for future reference.
- Return pickup service is not guaranteed by the company. Customers are responsible for sending the product back unless pickup is specifically arranged and confirmed by NOOR Gold & Diamonds.
- NOOR Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to not accept returns that do not follow the above instructions or involve damaged/tampered packages.
- The replacement or exchange is subject to quality and weight confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced or repaired at no cost. If the issue is not a manufacturing defect, the product may be returned to the buyer with applicable repair costs.
- Delivery Time Frame: Replacement or exchange shipments will be delivered within 6–10 working days from the approval date, subject to product availability and serviceable PIN codes.
- Return courier charges for replacements or exchanges will not be borne by NOOR Gold and Diamonds. The customer must pay the courier cost to return the product unless otherwise agreed upon in special cases.
