All India Delivery Available

We offer delivery across India through our trusted logistics partners, including Indian Postal Service, BVC Logistics, Sequel, or other reliable private firms. The shipping method will be chosen at the discretion of NOOR Gold & Diamonds based on serviceability and availability.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are as follows:

  • ₹299 for products weighing below 3 grams.
  • Free shipping for products weighing above 3 grams.

All shipments are fully insured to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your jewelry. We kindly request that you inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering before accepting delivery or signing the receipt.

Shipping Carriers

Your orders will be shipped through trusted carriers, including:

  • Indian Postal Service
  • BVC Logistics
  • Sequel
  • Other reliable private firms as deemed appropriate

Delivery Time Frame

Once your order is confirmed, your item(s) will be delivered within 4–6 working days from the date of dispatch, subject to serviceable PIN codes. You can track your order online using the provided transaction reference number.

Note: Delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of NOOR Gold & Diamonds or our courier partners shall not be considered the responsibility of the company. No compensation or claims will be entertained in such cases.

Premium Packaging

Your jewelry will be delivered in robust, tamper-proof packaging that reflects the elegance and quality of NOOR Gold & Diamonds. Each item, whether gold or diamond jewelry, will be presented in an exclusive NOOR Gold & Diamonds box, accompanied by relevant certificates.

Delivery Verification

To ensure a secure delivery process, customers must:

  • Record a product opening video at the time of unboxing. This is mandatory to report any missing, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery to report any issues, along with the unboxing video as proof.

Please provide accurate details of the Consignee/Recipient, including their complete name (as per Government of India-issued photo identification), address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number. Upon delivery, the recipient must present one of the following identity proofs:

  • Passport
  • PAN Card
  • Driver’s License
  • Voter’s ID

Our courier agents will verify the recipient’s identity and record the relevant details for added security. We kindly request the recipient’s cooperation in providing original copies of their identification for verification.

Delivery Locations

Deliveries can be made exclusively to the Consignee/Recipient’s residential or work location, or they can be collected from the NOOR Gold & Diamonds showroom in Alappuzha, Kerala. Deliveries cannot be arranged at public spaces such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or on the street.

Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable during the initial delivery attempt, our courier partner will make up to 3 additional attempts to ensure successful delivery. If we are unable to reach you after these attempts, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center.
